The German's signing has been held-up over compensation claims from Getafe president Angel Torres, but Calderon insists: "After dismissing Fabio Capello, we had to look for another coach. [Predrag] Mijatovic spoke with him. The logical thing is that Schuster is the trainer. He is my man because I believe that he fits the philosophy of Real Madrid.

"There's no problems with Getafe. Madrid does not have to call Getafe to speak about the trainer, it would be absurd and unacceptable. Schuster must solve the situation and that will happen.

"I only want to have a good relationship with Angel Torres, but for some reason he doesn't. Angel Torres is always looking to agitate or to promote himself."
