Former Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon says Liverpool will be powerless if they come in for Mohamed Salah.

Calderon bought Cristiano Ronaldo from Manchester United — and knows ANY player is within the club's reach if they make it clear they want to leave.

He said: “Salah is an incredible player. I've seen him score so many goals in different positions and he is always in the right place and ends up doing the right thing.

"Any club would like to have him but he has a contract and I'm sure Liverpool will not be happy to let him go.

“So it will be down to the player. If you are a top, top player, you get to decide yourself."
