Cahill says Chelsea must start beating lesser teams

Chelsea defender Gary Cahill says they need to perform better against smaller teams.

Chelsea host Swansea City tomorrow.

Cahill said: "We need to be aware of that (not performing against non-title rivals). It happened last season as well. We dropped points at home to QPR and teams like this.

"This season we have turned up against all the big teams and have got results. But it's that stamina to go throughout the whole season against teams, that without showing any disrespect, are not as big as the one we faced last night and getting results we should get.

"We have one on Boxing Day at home and the onus is on us to go out and perform and get a win. People have commented on our away form and how we are not clicking at the minute. We certainly have more to give."
