Gary Cahill feels his move to Bolton Wanderers in January has been justified after they clinched Premiership safety.
The former Aston Villa defender turned down Birmingham to join the Trotters and said: "This is the league I want to be in and I have enjoyed my time since I came to Bolton.
"To stay up makes my decision even better. I am very happy.
"We've become a very hard team to beat and that's what a Bolton side should be.
"We can go to Chelsea now and enjoy the match with the pressure off."
