Just days after providing the winner for Everton in their EPL clash with newcomers Stoke City, Aussie star Tim Cahill is setting his sights on the Toffees UEFA Cup tie with Belgium club Standard Liege. In his comeback match from months on the sidelines, Cahill headed Everton home in the 76th minute at Stoke's Britannia Stadium but is now looking forward to the first round clash at Goodison Park on Thursday night. Speaking to the Telegraph, Cahill said, "I'm delighted but really I am just glad to be a part of the squad again. I didn't expect to play. All I did was keep myself fit and work really hard in training. "Standard Liege are a very good team but we are doing our homework on them and hopefully we can get the campaign off to a good start."
Cahill happy to be back
