Tim Cahill is in doubt for Everton's English Premier League season opener against Blackburn Rovers. The Toffees take on the Lancashire club at Ewood Park on Saturday but may be without Cahill who was forced out of this morning's friendly between Australia and Slovenia because of a minor knee injury.
