Chelsea defender Gary Cahill cannot hide his frustration over not being a first-choice.

Cahill will continue to stand in for John Terry at Swansea tomorrow as the captain completes a four-match FA ban for racially abusing Anton Ferdinand.

He said: "The bench is not where I want to be. It has been frustrating at times."
