Cagliari striker Alessandro Matri hopes to sign permanently with Juventus.
Matri scored nine goals, to add to the 11 he got in Sardinia, including a strike in last night's 2-2 draw with Napoli.
"I'm pleased with what I've been able to do and therefore I hope to stay here, but considering the result of the season I can't be fully happy," he stated.
Juve have had a campaign to forget, finishing seventh in the League and failing to qualify for Europe.
"We're all upset about how the season's gone. This year we've only experienced bitterness, next year we only want to have satisfaction," he added.
