Cagliari president Massimo Cellino has slapped a €100 million price-tag on midfielder Radja Nainggolan.

AC Milan and Manchester City are among clubs keen on the youngster.

"I won't sell Nainggolan, not even for €100m," Cellino told GR Parlamento.

"It's an issue of sentiment and a different policy to other clubs. If we spend money to build a new stadium, then we cannot sell our star players.

"Nainggolan is someone I would like to keep at Cagliari. We were offered so much money from abroad in August. Now his agent tells me there are interested clubs, but we don't want to sell."
