Cagliari goalkeeper Federico Marchetti admits his head was turned during the summer by talk of a move to AC Milan.

"In summer there were lots of rumors but nothing concrete. I am glad I stayed at Cagliari, it will be good to stay here," said Marchetti.

"For now I think of Cagliari, beyond that we will see. The intention is to improve and one day get into a great team."
