Cagliari goalkeeper Federico Marchetti admits he's still adjusting to being part of the Italy squad.

"What I am experiencing with the Nazionale is a fairytale when I think back to four years ago. Torino went bankrupt and I was left without a club," he explained.

Last season he impressed in Sardinia and has been linked with numerous top sides, including Milan.

"My only objective for the future is to continue working hard. The idea of reaching a big club is of course every player's dream, but it will be in this campaign with Cagliari that I'll prove I am worthy of their interest."
