Cagliari goalkeeper Federico Marchetti is again in the sights of Manchester City.
City failed on transfer deadline day in January to land the Italy World Cup keeper over Cagliari president Massimo Cellino's €5 million asking price.
AC Milan are now in talks with Cellino about a deal for Marchetti deal, but City boss Roberto Mancini is also keen.
Mancini sees Marchetti as the ideal replacement for Shay Given, who will leave Eastlands in the summer.
