Cagliari defender Davide Astori refuses to blame Napoli attacker Ezequiel Lavezzi for his broken leg.
Astori has been ruled out for at least three months with the injury.
He said: "I'm pretty quiet and take it with the right philosophy. This type of problem is part of the career of a footballer."
