Cagliari have confirmed fans will be refunded their tickets for Sunday's defeat to Lazio.

Before the game, president Massimo Cellino made the pledge to refund fans' tickets if they lost.

"Cagliari Calcio have kept their word and announce it will be possible to have your ticket money reimbursed for Cagliari-Lazio," read a statement.

"It will be for this week only at the Cagliari Point in Viale La Playa, presenting the ticket stub.

"You will be reimbursed the cash sum of the ticket, but not the booking fee. Excluded are free tickets or those provided by match sponsors."
