Cagliari coach Davide Ballardini was left fuming after Inter Milan's 2-1 win yesterday.

The Sardinians were holding firm until Thiago Motta prodded in from close range while clearly in an offside position. A few minutes later, Philippe Coutinho added a second in the 2-1 final result.

"Thiago Motta's goal? Only at San Siro can you not see that was offside," sniped the Coach.

"Cagliari's performance was good, but we have to be stronger in the attack as well. We've got to have more courage in the final third and I don't just mean the strikers."
