Cagliari boss Davide Ballardini has declared Davide Astori as the best defender in the league.
Astori was outstanding for their draw with Juventus.
"In my opinion he's the best Italian defender that there is right now," said Ballardini.
"If he isn't the best then he is nevertheless amongst the very best."
