Cagliari coach Gianfranco Zola was pleased with their 1-1 draw against Torino.
The point keeps them in the relegation zone.
"We learned from our last two games. We deserved something more, but again didn't make the most of our chances," Zola told Rai Sport.
"Brkic made some excellent saves and thanks also to him we brought home a valuable point. We want to secure safety in Serie A by playing good football, so it is important to shake off tension.
"We must be cooler in front of goal. If we had the same cool heads there as when building the moves, we'd be in a different position in the table."
