World Cup winner Marcos Cafu says Manchester City whizkid Gabriel Jesus can become a Brazilian legend.
Cafu is himself a Brazil legend, his 142 caps from 1990 to 2006 making him comfortably the country's most capped player.
He declared: “If Gabriel Jesus maintains his form for Brazil, I believe he'll be up there with Romario and Ronaldo as an all-time great."
Those two strikers are only behind the immortal Pele in terms of Brazil goalscoring, Romario third with 55 goals in 70 appearances for Brazil, with Ronaldo second after netting 62 in 98 games.
Ronaldo – who was known as The Phenomenon in Brazil - has said that Gabriel reminds him of himself in his pomp, and Gabriel says that the former star is “the best player I ever saw".
