Cabaye targeting trophies with PSG after leaving Newcastle

Yohan Cabaye has completed his move from Newcastle United to Paris Saint-Germain.

The 28-year old midfielder has joined the French giants on a three-and-a-half-year deal for a reported fee of around £20million.

Upon completing his move to Paris, France international Cabaye said he was targeting plenty of success as well as Champions League football with Les Parisiens.

"I am very, very happy to return to France," he said on PSG's official website.

"The offer from Paris St Germain was hard to refuse, I want to win titles and PSG offer me that so it is an ideal club. I did not hesitate.

"I am proud to have a chance to be a part of this ambitious project, to have the opportunity to win titles and play in the Champions League.

"The priority for me was the opportunity to win titles, quite simply. That was the biggest thing."
