Yohan Cabaye insists he is extremely happy he made the move from French champions Lille to Newcastle United last summer.
The French midfielder sacrificed Champions League football to join the Magpies but after a successful first season in the North East, Cabaye says he has no regrets over the move to the world's best competition.
"We've had a great season. Now people are saying Newcastle was the right choice because we're fourth or fifth in the table and we're going to play in Europe.
"People weren't saying that when I left. I knew it was the right choice because I was going to play.
"There are still five games to go and we need to go out and get what we want - and why not a Champions League place?""It's the best league in the world for me (the Premier League). There are no easy games and the tempo is very high. I'm progressing and I've no regrets," he said.
