Austrian betting giants Bwin have been linked with takeover talks with Newcastle United.
The Evening Chronicle says the public limited company, who are also major sponsors of La Liga giants Real Madrid, are spearheaded by gaming tycoons Manfred Bodner and Norbert Teufelberger.
Bwin also have links globally throughout the world of sport, with Serie A side AC Milan also in their stable.
The company, who were formed in 1999, are believed to be putting together a package to meet Newcastle owner Mike Ashley's £100m asking price.
