Dortmund and Arsenal have been in talks over a deal for Aubameyang with chief executive Ivan Gazidis, chief scout Sven Mislintat and contract negotiator Huss Fahmy all spotted in Germany over the weekend.
The 29-year-old resumed training with his Dortmund team-mates today after missing Friday's draw with Hertha Berlin.
And after the session, Stoger spoke to the media and expressed a wish for the situation to be resolved quickly.
He said: "We would like the solution to be there tomorrow, whatever it looks like.
“I probably would speak from the souls of many people, cos everything that has been clarified and brings clarity, is good for everyone in their life and would also be good for us as a team."
