Borussia Dortmund chief Hans-Joachim Watzke has declared Henrikh Mkhitaryan WILL join Manchester United by the weekend.
Dortmund are now set to cash in on the midfielder, with Watzke expecting his move to Manchester to be completed before Dortmund begin pre-season training next Monday.
“Manchester United have substantially improved their offer," declared Watzke, speaking to Funke Mediengruppe.
"The situation has changed. There are always several aspects in such a decision. I have already contacted the appropriate people and we will weigh up all the pros and cons at the weekend. Then, the board will make a decision.
“And as we start training on Monday, we will do that on the weekend, definitely."
Mkhitaryan will move to Old Trafford for a deal believed to total £33million, and is expected to land a £10million-a-year, four-year deal.
