Chelsea will include a buy-back clause in their deal to sell Nathan Ake to Bournemouth this summer, according to London Evening Standard.

Ake managed to impress during his loan spell at Bournemouth during the first half of last season.

And the Cherries are now ready to sign the defender on a permanent basis this summer.

Chelsea are believed to be ready to sanction the sale of Ake to Bournemouth for a fee of around £20m.

But the Blues will be including a buy-back clause in any potential deal in order to have the option to re-sign the 22-year-old if he develops into a world class talent in the future.
