Manchester United fullback Alexander Buttner admits he's buzzing after praise from manager Sir Alex Ferguson.

Buttner shone on Saturday in victory over Sunderland.

"It's nice that I can have minutes as a senior player," Buttner told Voetbal International. "Recently I had a conversation with the manager. He is very pleased with my development. I am too.

"During the past few months, I was still in the squad. My chance would surely come and it's nice that now is the case."
