Real Madrid chief Emilio Butragueno says the board is happy with coach Jose Mourinho. Mourinho's row with Sporting Gijon coach Manolo Preciado has caused some controversy, but Butragueno defended the Portuguese.
"Mourinho has a way of acting. When asked, he answers what he thinks. He is a coach who wants to win, has been at big clubs that aspire to everything and is very good handling such situations," said Butragueno.
"The brief for Mourinho is not to make friends, but that the team becomes champions and in recent months he has proven to be a great coach."
