Bury hope to keep hold of Everton striker Hallam Hope

Bury boss David Flitcroft hopes to re-sign Everton striker Hallam Hope next season.

Hope became the first player to score a hat-trick for Bury since 1999 on the weekend.

"I've been delighted with him. He wants to learn, he wants to get better. He's in a good environment and I think it's positive; we've seen the best of him," said Flitcroft.

"I've love to be able to work with Hallam, he knows that. I'll try and speak to Roberto and see if we can do something because he's certainly a player the supporters buy into."
