Burton Albion boss Nigel Clough says that Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho reminds him of his father Brian Clough, who won two European championships with Nottingham Forest in the late 1970's.
Burton, who are placed 19th in the Championship table, will travel to Old Trafford for the third round of Carabao Cup on Wednesday.
"The way they deal with things in such a no-nonsense manner is similar," said Nigel, ahead of the game. "I think they look at things in very similar ways.
"The way he deals with the press and the media, Jose says what he thinks — and that's the biggest similarity."
