Burnley are wrapping up the signing of Everton winger Aaron Lennon today.

The Mirror says Lennon is set to complete his switch from Everton to Burnley today after ironing out the last details of his contract.

Everton agreed a nominal fee with Burnley for Lennon before the weekend and the former England winger agreed terms with the Clarets.

A final sticking point in the contract has been resolved and Lennon had the first part of his medical yesterday.

The former Tottenham star is due to have the second part today and could be confirmed as Burnley's first permanent signing of the January transfer window later.
