Burnley chairman Barry Kilby has told former boss Owen Coyle to forget raiding his former club for players. Kilby says he is under no pressure to sell as the Clarets prepare for life in the second tier after one season in the Barclays Premier League.
Kilby said: "I want to keep as strong a squad as possible to allow us to challenge again next year.
"We do not have to sell players. Often in the past we have had to sell to balance the books and that is one big plus when we go into negotiations with players.
"It took us 33 years to get back here and it's been brilliant. So let us look forward and be positive because we know we have another crack at it."
