Burnley striker Chris Wood is convinced they can clinch European qualification.
The Clarets can take a giant step towards European qualification with victory over Leicester City at Turf Moor on Saturday, making a mockery of pre-season predictions of struggle.
Asked how good a story Burnley finishing seventh would be, Wood said: “It would have to be up there.
“We were one of the favourites to go down at the start of the season and this group of lads have shown that we're a lot better than what they say.
“If that happens, it's a long way off and it's a big 'if', it would be up there.
“At the moment we're not thinking about that (Europe). At the end of the season, if it comes, then we can talk about it. For now it's all about playing games."
