Burnley boss Owen Coyle hopes to establish a loan relationship with Chelsea after tonight's Carling Cup tie.
Coyle said: "I tried to get Scott Sinclair on loan last year and Michael Mancienne, who went to Wolves. "They never came to fruition, so if we can foster relations and it helps me to build this club and take it on, it will be a real positive.
"But that's for after the game. First and foremost we want to go into the game and be positive in everything we do.
"We will try to commit players forward and whether we are allowed to get over the half way line or not, Chelsea will determine."
