Burnley are closing in on the signing of Rennes winger Kamil Grosicki, according to Sky Sports.

Burnley's original offer of £5m was rejected but the clubs are now believed to have agreed on an £6.5m deal for the Poland international.

The Poland media officer has confirmed Grosicki has left their training camp for a medical and reports in Warsaw claim he is already en route to England to complete a three-year deal.
