Burnley are set to offer new terms to goalkeeper Tom Heaton.

The Lancashire Evening Telegraph says the Clarets stopper signed a two-year deal to complete his free transfer from Bristol City last summer, with an option for it to be extended to 2016.

But talks have already been held with the 28-year-old during the summer months over fresh terms, after the stopper notched up 19 Championship clean sheets in their promotion season.
