Burnley are not planning on parting company with Sunderland target Andre Gray, according to the Daily Mail.

The 25-year-old, who scored 23 goals for the Clarets in their Championship-winning campaign last season, has attracted interest from the Black Cats, among other Premier League clubs.

Tottenham Hotspur and Everton were also been linked with the striker earlier in the transfer window.

However, the Clarets consider Gray to be a crucial part of their plans next season and intend to hold on to him as they continue to prepare for their return to the top flight.
