Burnley boss Sean Dyche is urging his players not to dwell on their defeat to Arsenal.
Dyche is adamant the performance was proof enough of their continuing progress.
"All I know is that we are continuing to improve I feel and there were good signs of that (against Arsenal)," he said. “That is the over-riding thing but obvious disappointment not to get something out of the game.
“The lads are flat because it is last minute but not flat because of the performance and I made it clear to them that that performance is a sign that we keep moving and that is over a season. But it's another tough game (against Bournemouth), they are all tough games home or away."
Meanwhile, Burnley defeated Leeds United 1-0 in last night's FA Youth Cup clash.
Jordan Cropper's 25-yard strike five minutes from time secured victory at Turf Moor.
With Danny Cadamarteri away on a coaching course, John Townson stood in as head coach.
He told the Lancashire Evening Telegraph: "It was a great strike. He started out at right-back and ended out up front. I'm pleased for him, Jordan works really hard and he took it really well," Townson said.
"We carry quite a big squad this year so there were seven or eight lads who went in the 16 and when we scored I turned around and I saw them all celebrating. That's great to see because it might well be them playing in the next round."
Townson added: "We've just had Cadz on the phone, we had him on FaceTime, all the lads were giving him some, but he'll be back for the next round."
