Burnley midfielder Steven Defour was delighted with his performance in victory at Chelsea.

The Belgium international was outstanding in the shock win on Saturday.

"I feel good," Defour told HLN. "This was an incredible match. I had a good preseason and you can see that. I'm physically sharp. I have also shown this. Even in my substitution there was still a spare in the tank. Nice.

"I didn't want to have a year like last season."

Clarets boss Sean Dyche added: "He looks good. I do not give any guarantees, but he looks more settled, better adapted, he seems better to handle the pace and understands our game a lot more."
