Burnley goalkeeper Tom Heaton is confident of returning to the Premier League.

The 29-year-old is determined this won't be his last shot at the big time.

Heaton - who has impressed as an ever-present this season - said: "It was always the ambition, going back to leaving Manchester United.

"It felt a long way away at certain times but I always had the desire to get to the Premier League. I've enjoyed every second of it so far.

"It's been fantastic and certainly given me the ambition to get back there. I've still got the hunger for that, definitely.

"Once you get the taste for it you can see why it's one of, if not, the best league in the world."
