Burnley pair Chris Long and Josh Ginnelly have left Turf Moor.

The Daily Echo reports striker Long, 23, joined the Clarets from Everton in July 2015 and made 10 league appearances during Burnley's march to the Championship title, but he has since had loan spells with Fleetwood Town, Bolton Wanderers and Northampton Town as he dropped out of the first team picture at Turf Moor.

Winger Ginnelly, 21, arrived from Shrewsbury Town in August 2015 but has never made a senior appearance. He spent the end of the season on loan at Tranmere Rovers and helped them to promotion via the play-offs at Wembley last weekend.
