Burnley are chasing Roda JC attacker Dani Schahin.

Sky Deutschland says the Clarets are moving for the former Germany U20 international.

Last season, Shahin scored three goals in 21 games for Roda and is tied to the Eredivisie outfit until next summer.

The midfielder came through the youth systems of Energie Cottbus and Hamburg.

The Clarets hope to sign Shahin for a cut-price fee - with a push to close a deal before the Premier League kicks off this weekend.
