Burnley will finish the Premier League campaign in seventh place, earning them Europa League qualification.
Chairman Mike Garlick knows this achievement will bring even more interest for the services of Clarets' manager Sean Dyche, but is hopeful further improvement of the club will persuade Dyche to stay put.
"There will always be interest in him as long as we continue to punch above our weight," said Garlick. "That is normal. We get used to that, it is just a fact of life."
"It is the price of success, but as long as we continue to progress and be competitive we're always hopeful that he will be with us five years' time."
