Burnley and Bournemouth have expressed an interest in West Bromwich Albion striker Jay Rodriguez.
Despite the Baggies relegation to the Championship, they are determined not to sell the 28-year-old for a cut-price fee.
Albion paid Southampton £12m for Rodriguez last summer but they want at least £20m from prospective buyers, according to Sky Sports.
West Ham United and Crystal Palace are also tracking the one-time England international.
