Burnley boss Sean Dyche refused to be down after defeat to Leicester City.
The Clarets were Leicester's equal in a productive first half, following a disastrous start when Demarai Gray slotted the Foxes ahead inside six minutes.
“Overall, I was quite pleased, particularly with the first half, when we were very productive and quite dominant," said Dyche.
“We responded really well from a poor goal, from our point of view and it's not easy to come away in the Premier League and have as much play as we did.]
“We took the game on and we were productive and arguably could have come in one each.
“We didn't and that played into their favour in the second half. They thrive on the game it became in the second half because they love to play on the counter.
“But I was so pleased with the physicality because that was virtually the same group playing three games in six days.
“The will and desire to keep going all the way down the game and keep creating chances was there for all to see, so I'm pleased with many things and just not the result."
