Along with Kevin McDonald, Burnley boss Brian Laws also clashed with Robbie Blake during their 6-1 thrashing by Manchester City, it has been revealed.

McDonald has been fined for leaving Turf Moor at halftime of the thumping.

The Scottish Sun says McDonald has been a regular since Laws took charge but he has become a target for the boo-boys as Burnley slumped in recent weeks.

Under-fire Clarets boss Laws also hooked crowd favourite Blake at half-time on Saturday and the pair were involved in a heated slanging match according to well-placed sources.
