Burnley boss Sean Dyche hasn't dropped his pursuit of West Brom pair Craig Dawson and Jay Rodriguez.
The Mirror says Dyche remains determined to sign his two top targets Rodriguez and Dawson - despite West Brom wanting £40million for them.
West Brom rejected Burnley's combined offer of £25million for Rodriguez and Dawson and do not want to lose the pair.
However, Dyche, armed with Burnley's biggest-ever transfer warchest, refuses to be put off by the Baggies' valuation and the Clarets believe they can land them for around £35million.
Dyche feels Burnley-born Rodriguez, who left the club in 2012 to join Southampton, and Dawson would fit right in at Turf Moor.
It is understood Dyche is not looking at fall-back options and is prepared to be patient in his pursuit of the striker and centre-half.
