Burnley boss Sean Dyche insists Danny Ings will not be sold today.
The striker has been linked with Liverpool, Newcastle United and Tottenham today.
"The player's told everyone in the world he's going to be a Burnley player (after the transfer window shuts), we've told everyone, the chief exec's told everyone," said an exasperated Dyche.
"The laws and the rules of the Premier League have told him he'll be here, the chairman's told him he'll be here, I don't know how many more times you want me to tell you he'll be here.
"Unless someone comes in with an impossible amount of money, he will be an Burnley player."
