Burnley are chasing Norwich City midfielder Darel Russell.
The Daily Mail says Clarets manager Owen Coyle will make a £500,000 bid for the midfielder when his Barclays Premier League newcomers return from their US tour at the weekend.
Russell is available after Norwich's relegation to League One last season.
