Burnley have moved on to reveal that Fredrik Ulvestad's injury is not as bad as first feared.
Ulvestad had to be stretchered off just three minutes after coming on as a half time substitute during the clash against Bradford City and it was feared at the time that the Norwegian midfielder had suffered serious damage to his ankle.
However, Burnley have now moved on to allay such fears and revealed that the midfielder will only have to take an extended period of rest in order to make a full recovery.
