Tottenham right-back Adam Smith has sparked a transfer scramble.
Smith is off this summer - with Burnley boss Eddie Howe leading the chase, says the People.
Rival Championship sides Ipswich and Reading are also keen on the 19-year-old, who has earned rave reviews on loan at Bournemouth this season.
His contract is up at Spurs in June and Howe, who signed him for the Cherries, wants him at Turf Moor.
