AS Roma defender Nicolas Burdisso expects to be fully fit for preseason training.
The defender snapped knee ligaments while on international duty with Argentina against Colombia and is only now returning to the field.
"I feel very good now, am happy to be back and have great expectations for this season," he told Roma Channel.
"My summer was pleasant and I never stopped, making sure I worked every day on my fitness levels.
"I am ready for this new adventure with Zdenek Zeman and can get into the squad straight away. I've been training well for a month and am therefore at the Coach's disposal."
